How to Freshen Up After a Workout

You know the mornings I’m talking about. You fit in a quick workout and oh no! it’s just 30 minutes before you’re supposed to be at that meeting! How to freshen up after a workout has never been so easy. Now you can skip the excuses and gear up with the below tips and tricks for this week’s yoga class or Soulcycle sesh.

1. Towel pat dry.

Lightly wet a small towel and pat your face, neck, underarms, and back dry. It’s best to do this in between changing out of your sweaty clothes. Pat, don’t rub, to avoid removing any makeup that you’re already wearing!

2. Change your bra.

Girls! If there’s one article of clothing you should change right after a workout, it’s your bra. It’s an easy switch and will make you feel lightyears fresher already. All you need is a bathroom or locker room for this quick swap.

3. Spray dry shampoo.

Greasy hair doesn’t look good on anyone. The good thing is you don’t need to shower. You can spray on dry shampoo instead and call it a day. I’ve used a ton of different brands, but Batiste is one of my favorites.

4. Lengthen those lashes.
