10 Better in 10 Challenge

 

Healthy living has never been easier! Take the go Vibrant 10 Better in 10 Challenge to see for yourself. The Challenge begins on September 12 and concludes November 18. Registration opens on August 29, so get ready! The plan is simple:

 

  1. Form a team of 3-4 people and set a healthy challenge goal to achieve in 10 weeks. Give yourselves a fun name – get creative!
  2. Create a plan: take a walk 3-5x each week, eat 5+ servings of fruits/vegetables per day, lose 10 pounds, walk or run a 5K. The possibilities are endless!
  3. Track results and win great prizes, including a grand prize spa trip to Mexico, courtesy of Funjet Vacations.

Rules and Regulations

 

go Vibrant Walking Clubs

The go Vibrant walking clubs are a simple way to be active at lunchtime with a buddy or coworkers. Join us every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at noon at the Fifth and Vine side of Fountain Square to walk with one of our leaders, discuss topics with our weekly special guests, and make new friends. Look for the person with the big, green go Vibrant flag. Walks are always on, rain or shine, thanks to our alternate indoor routes.
